Firm history
Founded in 1986 by Jeffrey Troy, the firm grew with the addition of Mark Yeslow in 1988, fresh from two years as an Assistant State Attorney. In 1990, the firm's name became Troy & Yeslow P.A.. Steven Koeppel, formerly a partner at Henderson Franklin in Fort Myers, merged his practice with Mark and Jeff in September of 2000, at which time the firm's name was changed to Troy, Yeslow & Koeppel P.A. In October of 2003, Jeff Troy retired and the firm name again changed, this time to its current form, Yeslow & Koeppel. The firm owns and practices in the historic Richard's Building in downtown Fort Myers, just two blocks from the Lee County and Federal Courthouses.

In addition to its attorney partners, the firm consists of three paralegals and support staff. The office features a complete legal-medical library. Yeslow & Koeppel practices law with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. It is our privilege to represent the clients whom we serve.

Community Involvement
Our firm is dedicated to community involvement. The attorneys are involved in various charitable organizations and fundraising committees. The partners have served as volunteer coaches at the local YMCA for football and basketball since 1995. Steve Koeppel has coached soccer at the Greater Fort Myers Soccer Club since 1994. The firm is a charter sponsor of two fishing tournaments that benefit local children. Mark is on the board of directors of Temple Judea. Mark has assisted local high schools with mock trials and spoken at elementary schools on the judicial system. Steve has served on the executive counsel of the Coastal Conservation Counsel since 1992 and as their president in 1996. Steve Koeppel is currently vice president of the McGregor Isles Homeowners Association. He also speaks to elementary school students during law week.

Trial Experience
Mark Yeslow and Steve Koeppel (with Jeff Troy) have tried over 100 Civil jury trials to verdict. All three are Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers. The Firm has obtained verdicts on behalf of their clients in all Counties within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit as well as in other parts of the State.

The partners have litigated cases involving: Auto Accidents, Premises Liability (including failure to have property security), Medical Negligence, Wrongful Death, Insurance Coverage, Fire Loss, Elevator Falls, Pharmacy Errors, Legal Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Class Action and Bad Faith.

The partners have had numerous trial results published in the Florida Jury Verdict Reporter.
